WHAT WE DO

The first question on any press call is whether the press has stopped cycling for a mechanical reason or because a safety circuit has tripped and will not reset. That answer sets the scope, the cost, and whether the work touches the safety system at all.

Punch press repair and stamping press repair are handled alongside press safety controls: two hand control press wiring, light curtain installation and alignment, and dual safety valve monitoring on the clutch and brake. Clutch brake control repair addresses valve faults that present as slow or incomplete strokes. On older mechanical press repair calls where the controls no longer meet current OSHA press safety requirements, press control retrofit replaces only what inspection requires instead of rebuilding the press. Safety-related work is function tested with your people present and documented, so the press returns to production with a record of what was verified.
