WHAT WE DO

Relay panels fail in predictable places: chattering contacts, burnt coils, and timers that have drifted out of adjustment. Most of it is a repair rather than a rebuild, and we will tell you which one you are looking at before quoting.

Ladder logic relay and ladder diagram relay work includes redrawing a relay logic diagram from scratch where no documentation exists, which is common on panels modified in the field for years, and those drawings stay with the panel. Programmable logic relays such as Siemens LOGO! and Zelio sit between hard-wired relay logic and a full PLC, and Siemens LOGO programming and Zelio relay programming cover changes to panels already running on those platforms. IDEC WinLDR programming covers the same ground on IDEC controls. When a panel has outgrown relay logic, we scope and price a conversion instead of forcing more relays into a crowded enclosure.
