WHAT WE DO

A shredder that keeps tripping is reporting a real condition, not a random fault. The drive and the mechanical load are examined together, because torque protection is usually reacting to something upstream of itself.

Shredder motor repair and drive faults are diagnosed as one system, and a shredder jam sensor that is misaligned or fouled is ruled out before a motor or drive is condemned. Reverse logic that is not clearing correctly gets corrected in the program rather than worked around by operators. Plastic shredder repair follows the same process as any other material. You receive the cause of the trips in plain terms, the cost to correct it, and any change in feed rate or duty cycle worth making so it does not repeat.
