When you submit a service request through this website, we collect the information you enter into the form. Depending on the form, that includes your name, company or facility name, email address, telephone number, and any description of the machine or fault you choose to provide.
You decide what to include. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, proprietary process data, or confidential drawings through the website form. If that material is needed to scope a job, we will arrange another way to receive it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider and the analytics service described in section 5 record standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit.
We also record when a visitor taps a telephone link on the site. This tells us that a call was started from a particular page. It does not record the call itself, its duration, or anything said during it.
3. HOW WE USE IT
Information submitted through the site is used to respond to your enquiry, to scope and quote the work, to schedule service, and to keep a record of the job. Technical and analytics information is used to understand which pages are useful, to diagnose problems with the site, and to protect the site against abuse.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Service requests that lead to work are kept as part of the job record, so we have a history of the equipment we have serviced and can support warranty and repeat service. Requests that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Analytics information is kept for 14 months, the default period set in Google Analytics.
7. SECURITY
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to service requests is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. YOUR CHOICES
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to the address in section 12 and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep information connected to completed work where it is needed for warranty, tax, or other legal record-keeping.
You are never required to use the website form. You can reach us by telephone instead, and we will not have collected anything through the site.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
